I seek out the root causes of your health concerns rather than focusing on symptoms. I’ll give you a nutrition-focused understanding and assessment of your current health status based on your health history, blood lab analysis, current symptoms, diet and lifestyle.

Interventions include foods, herbs, supplements, physical activity, self-care and mindful eating – I recognize diverse models of health and disease and the value of different healing modalities.
